The staff were really pleasant and accommodating. i particularly appreciated the easy check-in and check-out. the modern tv in the room provided many channels and apps. This feature enhanced my relaxation and entertainment throughout my stay.

squeaky stairs small windows
Breakfast was lovely and the staff was friendly
The shower dripped constantly. The metallic banging continued for a long time I had to use a towel to dampen the noise. And the small windows made the room feel stuffy It was challenging to get to the room through several low fire doors and squeaky stairs

friendly staff efficient staff delicious dinner great atmosphere
I found the staff friendly and efficient. They resolved any query i had SUPER fast. The inn had a great atmosphere, and dinner tasted delicious. Breakfast was also spot on the next morning for a very affordable price (especially the eggs benedict!).
The shower head could have been updated. It was a little basic.

I found restaurant meals to be very good. The staff were helpful and friendly, providing quick service. Food at the pub was excellent, deserving a perfect score. Easy check-in and check-out processes added to the seamless experience.
I observed that most room doors showed chipping or markings. These could benefit from replacement or a fresh coat of paint. This would improve the overall aesthetic of the hotel.

friendly staff clean room great location
the staff was friendly and helpful i found the lady at breakfast very personal she really made my morning. the room was clean and tidy it had everything i needed for my short stay. the location of the hotel is great i could easily walk to nearby attractions.
the car park was quite small and it was difficult to find a space when i returned in the evening.

easy check-in comfortable bed village green tired room bathroom mold cheap toilet roll
check-in was easy and the staff gave me useful information. the room overlooked the village green and had a very comfortable bed. i also thought the meal i had was quite good.
i noticed the room could use some updates, like a fresh coat of paint (it felt a little worn). there was some mold in the bathroom up near the shower head. i also felt the toilet roll was of low quality.
